I always have a good experience. All of the staff & veterinarians are great & take great care of my horse we especially love Dr. Thompson no matter how busy he is he always takes time to answer all of our questions & address concerns. ????

Our dog had a reoccurring ear infection so they swabbed her ears to examine the yeast and prescribed new medication but also charged us for cleaning her ears. I was surprised to see how much it cost just to clean her ears. Between you and another vet we have spent over $250 just on the ear infection so it’s frustrating the cost of an ear infection. Other than that we had a great experience and received lots of help and tips thank you!

I brought both of my dogs in (even though only one was scheduled for an appointment). Dr. Christine was kind enough to update my other dog’s vaccines while I was there even though I did not anticipate him to get any treatment updates - I really appreciated the clinic staying on top of both of their updated care and took care of him while we were already there!

I am completely pleased with Janssen’s. Dr Scott Thompson and his new assistant are wonderful. Dr Thompson is so thorough and never seems to be bothered by all my questions. He has done an excellent job helping me bringing back one of my horses from neglect. I have since obtained the horse and he’s now registered to me. My 24 and 22 yr old seniors are in great shape. Thank you!!!!

Drs. Thompson and Jensen did a great job at our recent appointment (April 2023) with our horses. They are very knowledgeable, caring, thorough and respectful of all our animals. They answered all our questions with great detail. We really appreciate their dedication. I would highly recommend Janssen Vet Clinic.

Thank you for working it out so Dr Lydia could come Friday to recheck Doc. That continuity of care really lowered my anxiety when I saw her pull in!

Dr. Katie and Janssen Vet Clinic are a great resource to have as a 35 yr hobby breeder. I found Dr. Katie extreme knowledgable & sensitive to my dog, breeding program and me! The techs & staff were also great. Be careful about raising prices as they are already pretty high. That would be the only reason I would hesitate to come back.

Dr. Christine was awesome. She said my dog was a gentleman which is really nice because he usually tries to bite her! She’s very forgiving. Very affordable visit
