The whole process was handled quite well. Especially in this situation we are in with Covid-19

Today was the first day I was out of the house since March 10th. The staff at Mid Island Animal Hospital were extremely professional!! I called when I arrived. Dr. Raciti called me to discuss my dog s issues. A veterinary assistant came out and took my dog (with a mask and gloves on). Dr. Raciti called me with her findings. I paid over the phone and then my dog was brought back to me with the meds we needed. Everything went very well!!! Thank you!!!

Mid Island Animal Hospital is a superior hospital. The veterinarians are skilled, treat your pets as if they were the vet s pets. They go above and beyond to give excellent care, not just to the pets, but the owners as well. Kind, caring and devoted to seeing that your furry friend has a long life. I have been a patron of this hospital since 2003. I travel 20 miles to get there. I highly recommend this hospital.....service with a smile...

I am always happy with the care my fur baby receives at Mid Island but I think they are doing an especially good job during these difficult times.

Even though I was in my car and in the parking lot, my interaction with the doctor and staff using my cell phone worked well under the circumstances. I was informed and involved during the appointment and I really appreciated that. Thank you!

Dr. Kornet and his staff are amazing. They came out to the car took my dog in. Brought her back when she was done. Dr. Called me on my cell phone to update me. I would recommend Dr. Kornet ??

I have to say that you guys did an amazing job today considering the situation with the coronavirus. The process was smooth and easy and I believe you guys are doing the absolute right thing by not letting pet owners in the waiting room.
