Hi, dr. Parendo was out this week and Mozart saw dr Smith. She was wonderful. Thank you for answering all my questions and treating Mozart like she knew him for years. This is why I come to st Francis all the way from brooklyn! Thank you dr parendo and staff!

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was very impress with the professionalism and cleanliness. The technologist was wonderful with my puppy and Dr shivers was excellent. She explained things to us that were very helpful. The late hours are perfect for working people. We’re so glad we found you and look got to many years ahead.

Besides the mix up with my appointment being cancelled on me and reset for a time that i could not make, it worked out eventually. I had to call back twice to fix the problem and insist on my original appointment time. In all, worth the wait.

Dr Parendo takes excellent care of our dog.

It is a pleasure to bring Scout to St. Francis Hospital for Animals. We had no wait time on Saturday. Right in. Allison was terrific with Scout. And Dr. Shivers is always warm and knowledgeable . The facility is immaculate - with neither animal nor overpowering disinfectant odors.
