It was a very good experience from start to finish and the whole staff was sensitive regarding our concern about our pet and very gentle and thorough with her. That’s so important when you’re worried. Will definitely return. My former vet retired.

As always, Dr. Zap showed the utmost concern for my cats and examined them thoroughly. She also called me first thing the next morning to inform me of blood test results. Emma was gentle and thorough as well (again, as always) and Daria called me when she had a cancellation, getting us in a day early. Everyone does a great job and I always know we re all in very good hands at PAH!
