Dr Sabatini saw my dog at short notice. She was diagnosed with ruptured tendon. After seeing her, he explained his diagnosis of the injury in detail and why he would not recommend surgery. He did, however say he would consult with a surgeon! Very kind, experienced and pragmatic in his advice and patiently answered all questions. I would recommend Pleasantville Animal Hospital very highly. And will definitely bring my pup to Dr Sabitini for any other diagnosis and advice.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and caring for cats to be taken inside without me. Vet called and took a lot of time to explain things. My only complaint is that when I first called, the girl answering the phone didn t know the answer to most of my questions and kept having to put me on hold. When I called back a few days later to reschedule the appointment (the nail caps I was having placed on the claws had not arrived), I was told that no appointment had ever been scheduled. I was able to get an appointment right away though.

Please have your staff actually send the email receipts or bring back paper bill they say it but never send the bill statement to email. Some pet parents need it to keep records
