I saw Dr Link on Oct 1 at 1pm and thought that the clinical assistant was excellent with my cat, Oreo, who is petrified of humans. She is a very compassionate person. And Dr Link was great as usual. Jackie Baran

we feel fortunate that Tessa is treated so well and we are so informed about her condition, next steps & alternatives, and what to look for once we return home. In the spirit of continuous improvement, it can often take a while to get through on the phone (for both hospital & spa), and the voice message system only allows a brief recording time. As more services are booked over the web, I m sure this will improve wait times.

The care and concern the staff has for the animals in their care is obvious just by how they treat the animals. Their love for animals is palpable.
