Your entire staff is wonderful, from the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors!! My two kitty cats have been under the care of Dr. Morelock and Dr. Cohen for several years now. They are amazing..kind, caring, knowledgeable. A special thanks also to Kate Mailloux..she is really terrific and always willing to help.

Dr. Morana is excellent. We were grateful she was able to fit us in for an acute visit for our cat. She took the time to explain her impression, plan, and follow up care. She called the next morning with results and was able to facilitate an acute visit with a specialist.

I love everyone at the office! They love my dog and are always helpful and caring ! Great staff awesome doctors Vet techs are so caring they always connect with my dogs before any exam and the doctors treat my dog like the cute dog she is! Dr. Morlock and staff are kind and patient and it is so appreciated. Dr. Morlock listens and makes you feel comfortable and you feel like she understands your situation, which is important because each of us and our pets are very different, there is not black and white. Everything is explained and questions are answered.

I brought my almost 10yo Berner (Louie) in for grooming and got a call from the staff shortly thereafter that, mid bath and soaking wet, he was not cooperating. I wasn t surprised as he s had a good deal of pain in his hind leg and doesn t like to stand much. I had given him some pain meds beforehand but apparently not enough. The staff member who called (i m blanking on her name) said Louie wouldn t let them even take him out of the tub. I was able to get there fairly quickly and got him out of the tub. The groomers who were with him kept him calm and safe until I could get there, and were extremely kind and helpful in suggesting ways to deal with this. (for one thing, he s got some serious matting behind his ears that need to be trimmed.) I wanted to pay for the half of him that got bathed but they wouldn t let me. I was really grateful and appreciative that the staff was as concerned about Louie and as helpful to me as they were, and didn t just treat it as an inconvenience or annoyance. We ll be back!
