The phone number we were directed to call upon arrival in the parking lot did not appear to be working. That was the only issue and I understand that it may have just been due to the large volume of calls being received. We had a very satisfactory visit and Dr. Link and the staff were wonderful as always. Thank you for your dedication to our four legged friends!

Aldo had surgery and after 8 days was still very lethargic. Dr. Morana saw him, took his Jockey T-shirt off and removed his stitches, and he was back to his normal self!!! I think it was the T-shirt. He doesn t like anything touching his skin. Now he s running and wagging his little tail.

I love it here! Everyone from the front desk staff, vet techs, to the wonderful daycare and spa staff.... I couldn’t be happier with the service(s) and you can tell they really care about all the animals!!

With this new normal with the covid-19, I truly appreciated how thorough and thoughtful the staff and vet were with us. I was worried about not being able to get our puppy seen, but it was such a great experience and I am very grateful to how much time Dr. Schmidt and the staff spent talking to me on the phone and taking care of my new puppy.

I always love coming to the hospital not just to bring my 4 footed kids but to see everyone. Always treated lovely and can t see myself going anywhere else. Dr Morana is my doggie pediatrician. Wouldn t see anyone else unless I had no choice. Love all the girls

This was my 2nd visit to this animal clinic. Everything is very good so far. All of the staff is pleasant & friendly. I am very impressed with Dr. Cohen. Her skill and knowledge about my dog s condition was excellent and her taking the time to establish rapport with my dog before handling her is something I look for in a vet. I felt 100% comfortable with Dr. Cohen taking care of my dog.

I had confused the days of my dog’s nail trim and the staff was still able to fit him in even though it was the wrong day that I came.

Very good experience but one possible improvement: When appointment reminder sent out and appointment confirmed, review vaccines and other costs itemized ahead of time so it is know and not found out only after the appointment.
