After asking about senior discount. I was told No I have to wait until next time???? Why??? My credit card had not been totaled or even ran yet!! She managed to charge me fee for using card. I am willing to be fair. But it has to be equal. I will never get that discount? Right?

We have been coming here for several years with our dogs. Dr. Washington and all of the staff are phenomenal! Although the wait time can be excessive at times, it is well worth it because our dogs light up when they see doc come in. The extended hours that doc provides are also so convenient. Love this office!

Waited an hour for an 930am appointment but the service once seen was great. Friendly people and knowledgeable staff helped with questions and concerns with my dog. Very clean inside and out.

I was very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the office. Only complaint I have is Kobe was supposed to get a three year rabies vaccination but was given a one year one.

Dr. Washington and his staff have been taking care of my many cats since the 1990 s. I have always been respected, and even my wiggly, bitey cats have been treated kindly. Now that I have only one cat, I see these folks less frequently. They will always have a place in my heart.

My dog beowulf is very difficult to have groomed because of his anxiety and aggression but Stephanie did a wonderful job with him! He looks and feels so much better as the weather has been getting hotter. It was also very affordable compared to any other vet/groomer I’ve contacted- under $100 for a groom, sedation, and his rabies vaccine! I would absolutely recommend this practice for any dog needing a bath and trim, especially if your pup has trust issues or isn’t fond of the vet. I will definitely be back anytime beowulf needs a trim
