I have been going to East Columbus Vet. Hospital with my cats for many years. I have always been satisfied with the doctors and the other staff. I recommend them to friends who have pets.

The only thing was I thought I was getting a 3 year rabies shot since I did provide a rabies certificate from last year. When I got home I saw the tag and the certificate and it was only for one year. But I love the staff and will keep coming and recommending to others.

Dianna is always helpful and knowledgeable about any concerns I have. She’s always respectful and supportive. An asset to you establishment!

I ve had experience with this vet office since I was a kid when my mother would take our dogs for checkups/treatment. Excellent staff that are professional at addressing questions not to mention the Veterinarian that has been in the community for several years. I trust the that my 2 boston frenchtons are in good hands with the life long experience of this clinic not to mention affordability and ease of online scheduling. Keep up the good work. Great experience keeps me coming back

Had a billing issue and we worked through it and determined that the deposit that was paid was not deducted from the balance. The staff admitted to making the mistake and apologized countless times for the error. This meant a lot because it is often times hard to admit to making a mistake. Great staff and great job Lisa!

Got my two dogs in very quickly,dispensed the meds, fill up went well, very impressed with the staff and Dr.Washington. recommend very highly

I think that some of these clinics should have payment options,so that the people who own pets can make more visits to the Veterinary Clinic for services with a partial payment and then finish paying on a plan,cause some people don’t have a lot of money for services they Love to get for their pet or pets,but that’s me & my opinion and I know that my opinion will not be change it … Thank you for your Services & advice.. I probably have to cancel our return visit,cause of that reason. Will not have any money to bring him back for the check up.. I’m on SSDI…

I have already recommended Dr Washinton to several people for getting their Doberman s ears cropped. I know one is coming on Feb 25th! Thank you for such great care of my pup!

My best suggestion would be doing your due diligence before putting puppies under anesthesia so you don’t kill someone else’s puppy too. Oh and don’t lie about calling my vet for vaccine records when you never did, you have no records from a licensed vet regarding my puppies at all, dead or alive. You also have my deceased puppy notated as a “he” when SHE is a her. All the puppies DOB are wrong putting them at 8 weeks old which is earlier than you all even perform ear crops. And you also gave my puppy the incorrect dosage of medication which my real, reputable vet was appalled about, the prescription bottle and the paperwork I was given didnt even correspond with each… complete lack of integrity, professionalism, or empathy.

I made my appointment for the last Thursday of the month which was January 30th cuz it was written down and when I got there my appointment was supposedly they said the 23rd which I know I would not have made because I had to work 10 hours that day and then I drove down there for no reason and wasted my time which could have been helped if they would have called me at my job the Wednesday before to give me update on what was going on like they said they were going to or could have emailed me or left me a voicemail on my cell phone or text messaged me but I ve got none of the following communication was very off that and they had no clue about my visit on the 30th so it was pretty much a waste of time

I have brought all my cats to ECVH over a period of many years. Dr. Washington is very helpful, and very competent. At times, he has had a supply vet covering for him, and these people have always been competent and helpful. I intend to keep going to ECVH as long as I have a pet.

Had to make second appointment because I was not told dog needed shot when appointment was made made appointment for bath was not told dog needed shots
