We ve been coming to Dr. Schuett and his staff for 30 years. The service and care has always been top notch. They treat our dogs just like we treat are kids; with lots of care and love. Rut is a 14 year old Rottweiler and remains in good health thanks to everyone, especially Dr. Randy at PVS.

We love it here! They are so caring, helpful, and patient, they treat us like we re the only people there. Dr Randy is the best! We trust them and appreciate the extended hours. I ve recommended PVS a lot.

We absolutely love the care our pets, and we, receive at Pewaukee Veterinary Service. The staff, throughout, is wonderful. Obviously pet lovers; and also very aware of their owners/family and we ve always felt completely cared for from walking in the door to leaving. The Doctors all know their practice and I feel the suggestions of treatment and options given are in the pet s best interest and well being. The numerous treatment options available is exceptional; they don t always recommend surgery! I trust them! Excellent veterinary practice.

We scheduled an appointment for our older dog (Kellie) with Dr. Kellie. Upon arrival, we were told our appointment was with Dr. Nick. Since Dr. Kellie was very familiar with Kellie’s health concerns we were very disappointed. We were told we could come back in 2 hours, but our dog has anxiety concerns as it is, so that was not an alternative for us. Additionally, we asked if we could have blood drawn since we were already at the clinic. Unfortunately, whoever made our initial appointment told us we needed to fast for 12 hours before the blood draw – which was incorrect per Dr. Kellie’s directions. Dr. Kellie wanted the liver panel blood work drawn 2 hours after eating. We rescheduled the appointed but for the first time in our 16 years going to Pewaukee Vet were disappointed with the process. We have the ultimate respect for Dr. Jeff and appreciate his dedication to our dogs over the past 16 years. Dr. Kellie has wonderfully taken over our dogs care as Jeff starts to reduce hours. We hope/believe this is a “one-time” issue. One suggestion, it is great that you text clients to Confirm upcoming appointments; however, in the future maybe you could add more information to the text – e.g., Doctor’s name and any special instructions for specific blood draws, etc. Thanks!

I really appreciate the fact that you have hours outside of normal working hours. Everyone that dealt with my pet and I was friendly and patiently answered all my questions.

Dr Carolyn always does a fantastic job with Esme. We wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else for our pets health.

Due to appointment mishap, I had to wait 45 min. for a vet, and my elderly pet got too keyed up, so that the complete exam was not possible. I now need to come back to try again.

Beans and I were very happy with the care he received. Very attentive and passionate about animals. His Doctor got down to his level and played with him a little to get familiar with each other. Very happy with the clinic and staff.

My pet was seen while being boarded in The All Pets Inn. The staff noticed she may have been having a problem. It turned out to be nothing to worry about, but I appreciate the care they showed, and the Dr. s call to me in Seattle.

While always being happy to get back home, Baxter also always seems very relaxed, content -- no trauma, which I think says a lot in an older dog that is so used to his routines

I know that Dr Jeff Baker is new and that it is difficult to have a complete picture of my dog s situation. I took that into account. However, I didn t feel that he was very concerned about Cooper. He kept calling him she and wasn t very warm and welcoming throughout our visit. He seemed bothered and inconvenienced. Sorry.
