Dr. Kelly Flower is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring veterinarian I have ever worked with. This was a very difficult visit as it was time to say goodbye to my dog. Love the service and Dr.Tom is very easy going and is a conservative doctor, tries the easy and inexpensive solution first, which is appreciated.

My children took our dog for both a routine follow up and a new concern. From listening to them, they felt the staff to be extremely condescending. We have always treated our own patients with respect. This was very disheartening for us to hear. The eval and prescribed treatment were appropriate. We recommend that you treat the caregiver of the this precious animal with respect. Afterall, the appt was made in concern for our pet.

Dr. Baker has been my dog s vet for 11 years and I gladly followed him to your clinic. He is a wonderful vet who really cares for his patients and their families. Your facility is very lucky to have him.

My appt. was 4 10:30 And didn t see the vet til 11:10.

WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE QUICKLY. MET DR. NICK,NICE YOUNG MAN. ATTENTIVE TO LOLA S NEEDS.DR. NICK IS A NICE CONTINUATION OF THE FAMILY BUSINESS.

The only reason I was not totally satisfied is that I had to wait over half and hour on very uncomfortable benches. Hurt my bad back.

Dr. Kelly is fantastic and explains everything very well! I am very comfortable with her and her medical advise for my pet!

one suggestion - I was instructed to provide pre-sedation for my cats, which I purchased and administered. however, their grooming / exam began late in the day, after it had worn off...If the pre-sedation is helpful, I m happy to do it but would appreciate if you considered this in your scheduling so it does not get wasted, both in practice as well as financially. thanks.

Dr Tom Hirth listens to us and provides encouragement regarding weight gain. He was able to research another health problem and shared it with us via email. Pewaukee veterinary provides world class service for us. Keep the great work.

We were new to the Pewaukee Vet Service and our first visit was as good as it could be. The doctor was patient with my questions and provided extra reading material so that I could follow up on additional information.

I was a little disappointed that my appointment got lost in the shuffle. I had scheduled something on July 10 for my dog and had to book out several weeks since it s such a busy time at the clinic. I had asked that if anyone cancelled sooner than that to give me a call and maybe I could come in sooner. The person I spoke to on the phone apparently didn t put my July 10 appointment in the calendar so when I showed up with my dog, no one knew I was coming. I appreciate you still getting me in, but I felt I made it very clear on the phone that I would take the July 10 time but would like to come in sooner if something opened up. A little more active listening would have been helpful, In the meantime, I will also make every effort to be more clear in what I want and then verify before I hang up so this hopefully doesn t happen again.
