Dr Nick is the best!!

Dr. Nick is an amazing doctor. He really cares about our dog(s) and treats them like they were his own. I appreciate so much how he is always there for his patients. Thanks Dr. Nick! ??

I normally insist on Dr. Kelly but she was unavailable. I was satisfied with the doctor that looked at my cat Gooey. But Dr. Kelly did follow up with me and gave me additional options. Thank you!

Love Dr. Kelly and the staff. The wait time is way too long. My poor dog is nervous enough as it is and then we end up waiting in the room for over half an hour.

Everyone is always so friendly. I also am very grateful the vet is always willing to spend the time necessary for the appointment. I don t every feel rushed with the vet. The staff is also always great about accommodating any special needs my pet has.

Dr. Baker,as always, settled my mind with the concerns I had with Bodie’ear and eyes. He is a great vet. And your techs are aesome - they love my boy and lavish attention and affection on him every time we come in. He loves them which makes coming to the vets easy on me! Your team is caring and take the time needed. I have never felt rushed or have my concerns ignored or minimized by Dr. Baker. He really is a vet for all the right reasons!

Dr. Tom is great! He always explains things very thoroughly and answers questions we may have. He’s great with our dog Finn. Our vet tech was great as well Everyone is always so nice and really seem to enjoy their jobs.

It would be nice to be able to email direct to our veterinarian. I emailed a picture recently of a skin infection and unfortunately she was unable to view it due to the office closing and unable to access through IT. I had emailed a request for records about two years ago to this generic email and don’t know if it was ever received or acted upon. I know the records were eventually received as a result of a fax request.

I was surprised to hear that Dr. Karen was no longer with your practice. Having seen her for several years, it would have been nice to have been informed of her departure. That said, Dr. Carolyn was wonderful and very helpful. I look forward to seeing her in the future for our vet needs.

We really enjoy working with Dr. Nick, even though we wish we would not have to see him as often :)

Dr Tom always does a nice job. My only comment is that your pricing is getting high, $175 for an ear infection is a bit much...
