I love how passionate every single one of the staff members is about the pets that come in. It s very evident that everyone is there because they love animals and genuinely want to be there and to help them. It s a comfort knowing what good hands my dogs are in whenever they visit. When the doctor kissed my dog the other day, I knew he feels about animals the way I do and that we are here to stay!

Thank you for always being there for my Tbone I’ve always enjoyed bringing him to pewaukee veterinary as I know he always enjoyed his visits there as well everyone there always showed good emotions around him . Thank you also for making our last experience with all of you as plesent as possible as that was possible the hardest thing I’ve had to ever do and it was very nice to not feel rushed at all . I cannot express how grateful I am for PVS. You continually provide kind, courteous, & personal experience for both me & my pets (Nova & Comet). Dr. Nick ALWAYS goes above & beyond with his time spent to address questions/concerns. Staff always ooh & ahh how cute the dogs are too which is so sweet :) In fact, staff members (Jerry & Nicole) sought out Nova & Comet to give them some love as they are their favorites :))))!! I know their are less expensive vet clinics closer to home, but PVS is worth every cent & every extra mile for the level of trust (& love!) that me & my pets receive. THANK YOU!! I cannot complain about Pewaukee Vet, the staff and Dr. Nick. The only thing I can complain about is the wait in between the time the techs (who are great) take her blood, and by the time Dr. Nick comes in to do her exam. That could be a bit shorter. I understand you have other patients, that things don t go according to plan and this is something beyond your control. Other than that I m good and so is Jazz. Thanks!

My only concern, and it’s a big concern, I was given the incorrect dosage for Simparica. This could have had serious consequences. The vet tech needs to be more careful, and perhaps the vet could double-check the package before it’s given out.

The staff is very professional and acknowledge every time told me and I come in to see Dr. Jeff the girls are so very very nice and friendly and they truly care about the animals that they take care of

Dr Morgan is absolutely the best. She has done an outstanding job with the treatment and care of my German Short hair Pointer.

The estimate for our dog’s blood work and exam was approximately $430 without X-rays. Dr Lisa decided to run the blood work first before doing an X-ray.. we opted not to do X-rays based on his blood work being normal but our final bill was over $550!! That was more than we are quoted including an X-ray! Very disappointed in the cost of this visit.

My sister and I are extremely impressed with the quality care and service. Your entire support staff are superb.

I would have been 100% happy if someone had let me know that I needed to give my pet his medication at a certain time in order to have the blood work done that I made the appointment for. I now have to take another Saturday of my time to come back and have it done.

Dr. Tom is wonderful. The technician was outgoing and friendly. She obviously cared for my dog. Oscar and I both enjoyed the visit. I think he was more interested in the liver treats though! Thank you!
