When transferring a pet’s Care from another vet clinic, it would perhaps be wise if staff didn’t essentially scoff at the care and advice provided at the prior vet clinic - it doesn’t reflect well on your own clinic.

We love Dr. Carolynn! She is so kind and knowledgeable. She takes my concerns seriously and explains everything very well. We are lucky to have her as our vet!

Overall I believe PVS to be the right choice in vets, I am pretty startled at the excessive costs of going there. Sadly it s difficult for me to recommend PVS to people because of the cost.

It has been a very difficult time with our dog Aengus and everyone at PVS has been so kind and amazing, treating him with love and respect as being very thoughtful of us as owners. I cannot thank then enough

Girl that brought us to room was sort of rude and cold.everyone else was wonderful as usual. I ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees, they are always friendly and welcoming I was put back a little with this girl, but won t stop me from coming there. I did mention it at the time with vet tec.

Location and staff were very nice, but much higher priced than expected compared to our previous vet. We likely will not be returning simply because we feel we can receive the same quality of care at a lower cost elsewhere.
