I would like to play an active role in deciding the care for my pet. Vet services are expensive and I would like to an an open conversation about options before things are completed. I also don’t want to feel bad for my decisions. Lastly - it is very hard when a pet is taken away for various procedures - please ask me first. Maybe it’s possible they procedure can be completed in the owners presence and will help calm the animal.

PVS never seizes to impress me & my husband--staff and the vets are so kind & caring in addition to being #@%& good at their job!! PVS prices may be a bit higher, but they re worth every penny for the compassionate expertise! Tasha & Jeremy Nova & Comet

Dr. Kelly Flowers and her staff were just amazing. I came in with a very sick kitten and Dr. Kelly didn’t give up on us. She tried everything she could think of, consulted with other societies and truly took the best care of my little girl Dust. So far Dust is doing 1000% better thanks to Dr. Kelly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Gerry and Nick are great at what they do....I trust very few...and those 2 I indeed do! All of the staff from the front desk to the Doc s were honestly great.

We have been bringing our pets to PVS for over 20 years. Even though we moved to Menomonee Falls, we still make the trip to you because of the excellent service we receive. We have every confidence that our pets are receiving the best care possible.

We love doctor Flowers! Eddie actually wags his little tail when he sees her. Everyone at the front is so great and we use the drive up pharmacy often.

Always happy with the staff who are very friendly, courteous and efficient. Unfortunately I do not live close enough to take advantage of additional services, but happily travel several times a year for the excellent services of Dr. Morgan

Dr. Flowers is always thorough and kind and listens to and addresses any issues we have. Always a pleasure to work with her.

Everyone at PVS is so friendly and welcoming. Our dog Gabby loves Dr. Nick and he gives her such loving care--we really appreciate that!

We are very comfortable boarding Stella here. She is happy to see everyone and easily and happily goes to any of the staff members. The ease in dropping her off makes it very comforting to leaving her there.

went to the ER Vet over the weekend; the meds and advice provided did not help my dog. Saw Dr. Tom and he took care of the problem and also placed a follow up call to see how my dog was doing. thank you

Dr. Randy made me feel so at ease during a time when I was going out of my mind with worry. He is super personable. I wish the office was closer to me so I could use it regularly instead of for emergencies. Thank you!

You can t beat getting in to see a doctor within 5 minutes of my phone call. Yes I only live 5 minutes away. You took all the time in the world checking Heidi out & answering any questions. Thanks for all you do, including May 2018 when Heidi was diagnosed with pancreatitis. All of you went all out for us. You saved her life.

Dr. Nick and Nicole go out of their way to see to all of my needs. It s been a tough 6 months with pets in our household and I sure needed the hugs that I received at our appointment. Thank you for always listening to what I have concerns with.

Seems very ‘ sales’ oriented with suggestions of tests that can be done for various things. At this time my dog is well and I have no concerns was just in for yearly apt and vaccinations that were due.

Drs Carolyn and Kelly took very good care of my dog, Max. I really appreciated the extra calls over Christmas as well.
