I really appreciated how my dog was treated in your facility, it was the best experience at a vet he’s ever had. Milo is a border collie and very protective. Everyone was very patient with him. I came in for a second opinion as I did not trust my vet’s exam/diagnosis. Your team was very professional in explaining what was actually wrong. Given the overall experience I will be bringing milo back for all his veterinary care. Thank you.

My French bulldog is a new patient and was seen by Dr. Ann Margaret Morgan for acupuncture/electro muscle stimulation. Dr. Morgan was extremely professional and allowed me to participate in the procedure which I appreciated; great service.

We came to Pewaukee Vet after having a terrible experience at another local vet. We were so happy with how quickly we got in and how they squeezed us in for surgery the very next day. Dr Lisa and the vet techs were great with our dog and made us feel at ease with the surgery. We will be coming here full time now.

My experience is with Dr Morgan and Sarah, rehab coordinator, the dream team , and the rehab staff. Dr Morgan s expertise and caring manner saved my dog s mobility and totally improved his quality of life . I have used these services for wellness maintenance as well as after a major spinal event.

I feel like further explanations on recommended further supplements or treatments should be a standard. I fell I shouldn’t prod a caregiver to give me answers. I know my dog is annoyingly loud but I would appreciate explanations without the caregiver seeming annoyed.

I did ask about referral program as I have a friend that needs help with there cat but it seemed like no response from them except the Care Credit Program they got. So no real help there. Other then that, everything seemed fine..

Dr. Kelly always takes good care of Buster and Patches. She is the best!

I suggest making sure it’s okay to call more than one number if you can’t get ahold of the person at the “preferred” number. For example, if someone has their animal in for surgery, and they don’t answer, call another number that is on the account.

Change nothing. Our Pets are treated very well by Pewaukee Veterinary Service! Dr. Tom is an excellent Vet our dogs love him!!

Brooke has been our Leo’s groomer since his very first haircut as a puppy. And she is amazing and Leo loves her! She ALWAYS does a phenomenal job!

The annual check up took less than 5 minutes since my cat was not being cooperative. Dr. Baker also skipped steps such as taking her temperature, etc. I would have liked a complete check up to still be done considering my cat is never going to be completely cooperative at a vet’s office.

Love the compassionate Care of Dr. Tom and Dr. Morgan. Dr. Tom did surgery on Dr. Morgan s patient and we are so happy with his wisdom and care for our boy. Pewaukee vet is so lucky to have Dr. Tom and Dr. Morgan. We are lucky that we found two vets that are so good for our boy.

TOP NOTCH every time I call or walk through the doors for a visit. Everything is spectacular! I would board my dog again, but I plead w/ you to change your pickup time on Sunday. If a client is willing to pay for the day & can pick up at reasonable morning hour, it is maddening to make the pet sit in a kennel until evening pickup “allowable” hrs. While I understand staffing, 2 ppl are there & it doesn’t take more to grab a pet. Very upset.
