I know my pet is thoroughly cared for. They treat my pet like he s one of their own. I have total confidence in the staff here.

It was our first time at your clinic with our new puppy. What a joyous experience for all if us.The clinic was large and clean. Everyone was so nice and kind. And played with the puppy. Dr Nick took time with us and the nurse Ara explained all the procedures. We were so glad we came to your clinic, and should have come to you a long time ago with our other dog. This was my first time here and it was a great experience. Dr. Kelly was very thorough in explaining my options for flea and tick and heartworm. I feel very comfortable in bringing my pets here. I transferred from a different clinic and I am very happy with my decision. Shannon was the vet tech, and just as with Dr. Kelly very friendly and thorough on explaining things to me.

Time with the dr. was short. I guess that the overall health of the dog was not discussed. It seemed as though the discussion was brief after the issue of dental cleaning was brought up. We are short on money and the dental cleaning is so expensive. I wanted to know about Sandy s overall health and I didn t get that impression from Dr. Tom.
