Friendly staff from the moment we walked in the door. Doctor seemed very knowledgeable and he took time to listen and to examine my dog. He got back to me with test results quickly and took time to explain things. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my experience there!

Dr. Jeff Baker was on time and very pleasant to work with. He made some excellent suggestions about our cat care - and clearly knows his stuff. He was the first vet I met a few years ago when I brought my ailing senior cat for an exam. He s the reason I switched to Pewaukee Veterinary Service. I ve since worked with many of your veterinarians. They are all knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I recommend your clinic to folks on a regular basis.

I have been taking Lucy to them since we got her Four years ago! We used to take Lucy to them for all of her grooming needs also until my new neighbor moved in and they have a trailer and come back right to the house so we don’t have to take Lucy anywhere!

Love the care here and the services are wonderful! Staff is always professional, kind, and are amazing with my anxious dog. I have always had great experiences here and will continue to drive out of my way to take our dog here if I can. Slightly disappointed in the lack of precautions taken for covid especially during a current surge in cases. When we are lead into closed off smaller spaces/exam rooms I would have expected staff to be wearing masks or at least offer out of courtesy. I unfortunately had to bring my toddler with me due to lack of childcare who is too young to wear a mask and I felt she could have been at risk. I feel funny having to ask someone to wear a mask because I understand it is a choice but as a health facility I wouldn’t have thought this would have been the case.

Dr Hilary and Megan were great with our puppy. He’s a little skittish and they took their time to make him comfortable. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. They gave suggestions and tips. The only concern I have is the cost of shots etc.

Dr Kelly is the best! She is patient and takes her time with my dog. She listens and answers questions and makes sure my dog feels comfortable being there. I would refer her to any of my friends.
