Dr Tom has been our ver since 1998. We appreciate his know, concern and no-nonsense approach to caring for our dogs over the years. We have and continue to refer friends and family to him.

Dr. Tom and all the staff are excellent caregivers! It s apparent that you all treat our pups well and like they re your own as they are so calm and happy when there. Appreciated the nice exam done by the dentist. His info and answers very helpful. I appreciated Dr. Carolyn answering all my questions and taking time with Duke even though she had a very, very busy day ahead. I felt reassured of my cats health. Thank you.

This was a grooming appointment. Brooke is excellent and our dog loves her!

I was very happy with Dr. Nick. He spent a great deal of time getting to know my dog for the first time, answered all of my questions, and really helped her to be at ease. My only suggestion would be to have the front staff be more welcoming. I had not been here before, and was barely greeted. I would have preferred a smile with a welcome, and perhaps a little bit of an introduction as to how things are done, the weighing process as we first entered, or just a friendly greeting.

I will not be coming back there. We were mislead and lied to. We had scheduled an annual appointment for my dog and called about what she would need and cost. Then we’re told she didn’t need an annual exam and just a tech visit at this cost. Well the day is the appointment I get a call that it was moved to a vet and would cost $150 more than I was told on the phone call. A couple years ago I referred people there and now all I will be doing is telling anyone I talk to NOT to go there. Being lied to is UNACCEPTABLE

Dr. Flowers and staff are professional,knowledgeable and caring. Anytime someone asks me to recommend a veterinarian, I never hesitate to spread the word about one of the premier vets in the area…Dr. Flowers.

For Koda dealing with strangers comes with a lot of anxiety, and the way Meghan handled it blew my expectations out of the water. Dr. Caroline is the best. She was able to test some of the lumps on my dog and determine that they have to come off because they have cancerous cells in them. She was able to make sure that we were able to get an appointment very quickly with her to get them removed.

I want to share a very positive comment. I have been in the practice now for over two years and my dog has a complicated history with several meds and she is also followed by internal medicine at WVRC. I was scheduled to see Dr. Nick who knows my dog better than the other veterinarians. Unexpectedly, he was not at work and Dr. Meghan covered for my appointment. She was incredible. She took full responsibility for my dog s care and discussed her situation thoroughly with me to make some necessary decisions regarding her care. I ve been in other practices where the provider is reluctant to do anything and they say wait until Dr. _____ returns . I so appreciate the fact that no matter which doctor you see at Pewaukee, I can expect a professional and thoroughly caring interaction. I just want to let you know how professional Dr. Meghan was and I had full confidence that she understood the complexities of my dog s case. As always, we are very happy with Pewaukee Vet. hospital. Especially during these difficult times, we are still getting excellent care.

My only suggestion is to list the specific doctor that saw the pet in the PetPortal next to the date of visit. I know I easily forget names so it would be helpful to have the names with the visits. Other than that, everything is great...love the PetPortal and the doctors and staff are wonderful.
