We had to wait quite a while to see the vet as she was very busy with an emergency - 50 minutes. She apologized for the wait, I would want the vet to see to my emergency so no worries.

My first time at this clinic and everyone was amazing from reception all the way to Dr Smith (who was so nice and helpful…so much so he will be seeing my older dog for possible surgery). The vet tech (assistant who was in the room with us) was super sweet and informative, also very good with new puppies, mine was very calm and she helped keep her relaxed for her shots. We opted out of non essential vaccines for our dog, I was so impressed that the staff took our decision in stride and didn t push or question us. It was such a relief as our last 2 vets pushed every vaccine possible and made you feel bad for declining. We truly appreciate that!!

This visit was boarding. Everything went well, as usual. I have a suggestion for the Treatment Plan form we received upon making the boarding reservation. This form is obviously intended for treatment not boarding. I would suggest adding the dates of boarding as well as the time of drop off/pick up to the form.
