Dr. Carolyn is outstanding in every way and I am very sorry to hear that she is leaving.

The dr was great and thoroughly explained recommendations. It was requested for an exam to be done with me present; however, this request was ignored and Dr came to the room post examination. Additionally, the incorrect xrays were sent to WVRC to prepare for an emergency referral. This was frustrating and caused unnecessary delays. It was repaired the following day but could have been avoided.

My wait time before, during, and after the appointment was much longer than I wanted. While I m happy with a clean bill of health, I thought the exam was especially brief. I was hoping my pet s previous health issues would have been looked into more, too. I was also expecting to be seen by a vet for such a high exam cost.

Honestly, my husband came to the appointment so that may explain why I do not know about portal. Service so far has been amazing.
