Your prices and office visits and even shots are higher than others.

My first time going was absolutely amazing, the staff is nice and incredibly helpful.

It was my first time there as an emergency visit. I was most impressed and have decided to change clinics.

Dr. Matt is wonderful. He takes his time with us to be sure that we thoroughly understand what our kittens need and that we are comfortable in our new roles as cat parents. He answers questions and provides helpful tips for behaviors to possibly anticipate or ways to deter unwanted behaviors. All the staff in the clinic are so warm, welcoming, and friendly. It feels like home when we walk in the door. Highly recommend

Thank you so much for finding an opening to see our kitten. Your staff was very kind friendly and knowledgeable. They knew immediately that i was worried about my kitty. And took time to listen to me and treated both me and my kitten with kindness and compassion. I left not worried about my kitten knowing he was going to be fine. Thank you.

Wonderful visit with Dr. Kelly and her assistant! They took the time to answer all of our questions and gave our cat enough time to be more comfortable and feel more relaxed. They were able to get her blood drawn that day as well so we didn’t need to come back. Very thorough and friendly, and good follow up as well after the appointment. Thank you!

This was my first visit to start my dog on the Librela shot and I was very pleased with staff, cleanliness, over all facility and the doctors time to explain this new treatment. Would highly recommend your facility. I found out about the librela shot when Dr Randy Schuett did a bird dog clinic at Cackle Creek back in August. Thank you to him for taking the time to do our clinic.

Felt frustrated to be charged for cleaning cat s ears. I would think this would be an ordinary part of a check up.

I wish you had automatic door openers. Carrying in a pet taxis and having to open the door is kind of tricky. I understand a pet could sneak out, but the pet owner should have control over their pet. I wish I could have answered the last four questions.

Could not complete this survey. Nothing happened when I hit the stars. Dr. Kelly and staff was professional and knowledgeable and addressed all concerns. Excellent veterinary care was delivered.

Erna and Dr Hillary were amazing and made our cats feel very comfortable during their appointment! Our cats were happier than they have ever been at any other vet appointment they’ve been to before.

I thought the $80 cost for the 15 minute Office visit with me & my pet was not worth it.

As always, Dr. Kelly was excellent. She explained Nate s issue in detail as well as our options for treatment. She also researched one of the options as it was effective in dogs so she wanted to verify if it also applied to cats (it did). I always give glowing reviews of Dr. Kelly because she s just that good of a veterinarian, she has yet to disappoint.:)
