Came in for a simple allergy injection. Left with a $400.00 bill.

My husband brought our dog in urgently after she received a laceration. He was disappointed that the only option proactively provided was surgical repair with sedation. My husband wasn t offered the second option of cleaning the wound and letting it heal naturally until he asked if there was a less expensive option available. His perception was that PVS is most concerned with making money, rather than offering owners all choices that are available.

It was our first time at your clinic. We heard about you through a mailer. We were very happy with the care for Daisy and with the vets recommendations for keeping her healthier in the future.

I ve been coming to PWV for 10+ years and never have had a bad experience! The staff is always courteous and the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. They treat my Pomeranian as if it was their own. I had my first visit with Dr. Nick and again a great experience. He was so patient and caring. He made sure I understood the proper way to administer her meds and concerns to watch for. Nick was so sweet to her. The streak continues with the amazing Drs at PWV! Interaction was fine, but we had to wait for 25 minutes to be seen by the vet. This is not acceptable.

It s just quite expensive. $286 for lab work is quite high.

We arrived early for our appointment to ensure all necessary items required before the appointment was completed before our scheduled time. We were taken back to the patient room approx 30 mon after our original appointment and then waited there for the doctor for probably another 30 min before she came in. The nursing staff and receptionist appologized for the delay but the doctor didn t even comment on it when she arrived. It made us feel as if we should be grayeful ahe was seeing us as oppose to us waiting so ling past out scheduled appointment to see her. We did not get any additional answers to our concerns and walked out spending $142 with realy no results. Will not be coming back in the future.

Would love to thank all the doctors and techs, especially Dr. Nick for taking time for Dopey in an emergency situation out of his busy day. For being honest and helping make an informed decision. Was very satisfied with everyone going above and beyond for my baby!!!

Dr. Karen always does a very thorough job of reviewing my cat s test results with me. She obviously cares about his well-being, and addresses with me my cat s behavioral quirks and how they relate to his health. I am very grateful for all of this!

I refer people to Pewaukee Vet all the time. The care our dog, Elliott, has received there has been excellent!

Office staff are welcoming and efficient. Dr. Karen is always very accommodating, friendly and knowledgable. She always takes the time to listen to concerns and questions. She also is the best at fear-free veterinary care, taking the pets needs and comfort into consideration above just trying to get us in and out of the office and onto the next patient. My pets now enjoy coming to the vet. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr Nick listens to all of our concerns.I did not feel rushed in our appointment. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly .

I like the fact that every medical need can be handled in one facility. I also feel that the doctors are up to date on the newest drugs and that the vets genuinely care about my pet s condition. Dr. Tom explains the condition clearly & always does a phone follow up.
