one suggestion - I was instructed to provide pre-sedation for my cats, which I purchased and administered. however, their grooming / exam began late in the day, after it had worn off...If the pre-sedation is helpful, I m happy to do it but would appreciate if you considered this in your scheduling so it does not get wasted, both in practice as well as financially. thanks.

Dr Tom Hirth listens to us and provides encouragement regarding weight gain. He was able to research another health problem and shared it with us via email. Pewaukee veterinary provides world class service for us. Keep the great work.

We were new to the Pewaukee Vet Service and our first visit was as good as it could be. The doctor was patient with my questions and provided extra reading material so that I could follow up on additional information.

I was a little disappointed that my appointment got lost in the shuffle. I had scheduled something on July 10 for my dog and had to book out several weeks since it s such a busy time at the clinic. I had asked that if anyone cancelled sooner than that to give me a call and maybe I could come in sooner. The person I spoke to on the phone apparently didn t put my July 10 appointment in the calendar so when I showed up with my dog, no one knew I was coming. I appreciate you still getting me in, but I felt I made it very clear on the phone that I would take the July 10 time but would like to come in sooner if something opened up. A little more active listening would have been helpful, In the meantime, I will also make every effort to be more clear in what I want and then verify before I hang up so this hopefully doesn t happen again. I had a late afternoon concern regarding my 8 year old Lab. The staff quickly squeezed us in, took xrays and diagnosed the problem. Thank you so much!!!

Dr.Karen is the best! She gives all of her time and full attention to our pets and us. She is so understanding of all our needs. We can t say enough good things about her!!!!!!

Came in for a simple allergy injection. Left with a $400.00 bill.

My husband brought our dog in urgently after she received a laceration. He was disappointed that the only option proactively provided was surgical repair with sedation. My husband wasn t offered the second option of cleaning the wound and letting it heal naturally until he asked if there was a less expensive option available. His perception was that PVS is most concerned with making money, rather than offering owners all choices that are available.

It was our first time at your clinic. We heard about you through a mailer. We were very happy with the care for Daisy and with the vets recommendations for keeping her healthier in the future.

I ve been coming to PWV for 10+ years and never have had a bad experience! The staff is always courteous and the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. They treat my Pomeranian as if it was their own. I had my first visit with Dr. Nick and again a great experience. He was so patient and caring. He made sure I understood the proper way to administer her meds and concerns to watch for. Nick was so sweet to her. The streak continues with the amazing Drs at PWV!
