My children took our dog for both a routine follow up and a new concern. From listening to them, they felt the staff to be extremely condescending. We have always treated our own patients with respect. This was very disheartening for us to hear. The eval and prescribed treatment were appropriate. We recommend that you treat the caregiver of the this precious animal with respect. Afterall, the appt was made in concern for our pet.

Dr. Baker has been my dog s vet for 11 years and I gladly followed him to your clinic. He is a wonderful vet who really cares for his patients and their families. Your facility is very lucky to have him.

My appt. was 4 10:30 And didn t see the vet til 11:10.

The only reason I was not totally satisfied is that I had to wait over half and hour on very uncomfortable benches. Hurt my bad back.

one suggestion - I was instructed to provide pre-sedation for my cats, which I purchased and administered. however, their grooming / exam began late in the day, after it had worn off...If the pre-sedation is helpful, I m happy to do it but would appreciate if you considered this in your scheduling so it does not get wasted, both in practice as well as financially. thanks.
