Thanks for making us feel welcome. All staff were amazing with our fur baby and really looked out for him. I feel like he is in good hands with you. Christy really went above and beyond and noticed my very scared and anxious dog and even put him in a baby sling so he would feel safe and cared for. That, to me, embodies actual caring for an animal. It meant so much to this first time, fairly anxious dog owner.

You all are so amazing & wonderful., I could not ask for a better Vet Clinic to take my dog.

Everyone was amazing, friendly and you could tell how much they loved working with pets. I plan on taking my cats there every time I need to take them to a vet. I would even recommend to my neighbours and friends.

Got in the same day I called. Was in the exam room with one dog when conversation covered issues that my other dog has. Was able to get her in to the same appointment time as she was in the car. Doc L was detailed in her exams and actually allows the pet owner to speak in regards to your pets habits and symptoms. The front desk staff is beyond excellent. Always friendly, polite and informative. Very pleased with the service here.

Thanks for always being thorough and giving reasonable recommendations. Much appreciated. The staff is so friendly and my pup feels very loved going to the vet. I’ve had many dogs throughout my life that I truly dread bringing to the vet so I very much appreciate the fear free approach. It was a bit tough to organize an appointment. I called a few times and couldn’t get through. Email communication was a bit difficult that lead to some confusion with appointment times. Normally this would have been fine, but with the limit of only one person I have to organize childcare to bring my dog in. The staff were very accommodating though and made it work in the end. So thank you! With all the extra phone communication, maybe another line could be added so people trying to get in touch could be on hold?
