Re No 1 - I was never inside the office suite but stayed in my car while the eaxm was done.

The appointment went smoothly. I know Sylvester was pleased. Today (8/19)is his birthday. Actually, I don t know his true birth date, as he was a stray kitten I found wandering in the woods. My younger brother passed away that year, so I gave Sylvester his birth date, as my brother, unfortunately, would not have further use for it.

I missed coming into the facility and seeing the staff, but understand during COVID-19 precautions are necessary. I appreciate the prompt response in the results and friendliness of the technicians.

Wonderful compassionate care

Since we adopted or Bassett, Buddy, from Basset Buddy Rescue about five years ago, we’ve always taken him to Hudson Valley Road Clinic. Most recent visits with them were very unsatisfactory on about every level of care given to him. We felt like we were rushed in and out and never felt he received adequate treatment since we were told that they were more than double booked every day. Which is the reason why we switched to Cedar Pet Clinic. We have been more than pleased with the care given to Buddy and what impressed us is that the time taken to discuss and explain things over the phone. Prices for the medication and care proved to be well worth taking him to you. It seems now that the prices for vet care have skyrocketed over recent time at other places we’ve been to the last few years. We don’t mind paying the prices if the proper care is provided and the time taken to visit with us by listening to our concerns and answering each of our questions. We don’t have children of our own but we regard our dogs and birds to be all the same and we love them as if they are our own children. That’s why we now fully trust taking them to Cedar Pet Clinic and we will fully endorse you to others for their own pet needs. We can’t say thank you enough for all that you’ve done.

I felt very comfortable and confident with the distance check in and checkout. Everything was handled well.

Curbside vet care is a little strange, but everything was exquisitely done!

Due to the covid issue there are changes in all of it. I was concerned when Dr.Plantz left but was delighted to work with Dr.Keller. I m a lifer with Cedar Pet Clinic.

I appreciate the flexibility in these covid19 times. Parking lot service was fun and the staff was courteous and kind.

Sam s doctor was very helpful and patient. She listened and answered all my questions. The visit had to be done over the phone but my experience was very positive.

The care which I have received for Max has always been excellent and I will continue to bring him there. I can tell by his reaction that he was treated gently and he does not seem afraid to go in for nail trim or exam. Thank you, Mary Jane Green and Max
