The staff at North Paws truly cares about my pets and I am thankful for their care.

Everyone at North Paws is SO friendly. They treat my dog with affection and care. I always know my dog is in good hands when he goes the vet. I could not be more thankful.

Love that Karen was our nurse as we knew her from our old vet and Dr. also was amazing. Looking forward to our time with North Paws and that it’s privately owned!

We have been with North Paws now for 7 years and have had some highs and lows with our pets. We had an older lab then decided to get a puppy, they were so wonderful with all the puppy care. Then our older lab started to age quickly and we had to make the difficult choice to let him go in peace and I honestly can not say enough about North Paws during this whole entire process as it is a very difficult one. They were absolutely amazing! Now we have our Reba who was just recently spayed and again the care and attention she got the day of surgery was top notch! I am beyond pleased with everything here and ALL the staff are so sweet and always happy to see us!

The staff and doctors never fail to impress me with their kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. I really enjoy bringing my pets to North Paws because I know they’ll take the time to take care of my fur babies.

I have had Dr Briggs and she was great and showed compassion to my dog and me as well. I also had another veterinarian that had nothing but bad things to say about my dog. Called her tubular and that she needed to loose weight. Not a very passionate presence whatsoever. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The “GP” is what the don’t called to take upon the visit with my dog. Her name cannot be found on any paperwork otherwise I’d make her shine by name. She made my dog and my situation her mission to find what was wrong. She was compassionate and I could tell by the the way she spoke to my baby! She’s a treasure and I’d take her over anyone to care for my dog in that office any day. The services you’ve provided for my dog at that facility is above and beyond. I appreciate all of you and so does Val!

Dr. Aline Foss was amazing with Abby, our 9-week-old puppy. I was impressed that she even got on the floor to Abby s level to exam her and to play with her. I highly recommend Dr. Aline

Very personal high end treatment for our dogs

I didn t like the spending the time filling out the new pre-appointment survey only to be asked the same questions during my appointment.

I ve been taking Max, my rescue chihuahua to North Paws since I got him. He just turned 8 in February. I ve been very satisfied with the care he s received. Staff are always pleasant. My questions are always answered quickly. I m also asked about how Max is behaving between appointments to ensure his health is being fully addressed. I moved to St. Paul 4 years ago. I wouldn t think of taking Max anywhere else - the 54 miles round trip is worth it in my opinion.

Coming from a bad experience at another vet I loved the care and compassion that was given to my pup even when he was feeling anxious and scared.
