Great veteranian office

After the Dr saw my Opal, he and the Tech left and Opal and I were waiting a long time for someone to come back. I even went looking thinking they forgot us. Maybe just a bit more communication or updates as they leave us in the room waiting. All else was WONDERFUL. They were patient with my dog and let her try to get comfortable with them.

Dr. Bowers was excellent. It was our first visit with him as long time clients of Parkway.

One of the main reasons we originally selected Parkway was the quality & professionalism of your staff and how much you really care about our pet, Ellie.

Checked into the room immediately upon arrival. Waited almost 30 min for the doctor. No explanation or apology from the doctor but he was very nice and thorough. Our regular doctor is typically on time but we did not see her today. Other than the wait, visit was good.

Years ago I managed a critical care facility in Southern California called All-Care Animal Medical Center. I had the privilege of working with some of the best internists, osteo, neuro and cancer vets in the country. Dr. Lopez has impressed me as someone who really knows her stuff when it comes to my cat s health. I learned some things from her, which will help me to care for MamaCat better than ever. I m moving back to Colorado and will miss Dr. Lopez and the clinic staff.
