When asked about side effects the tech never said anything about extreme pain which was later told to us by a nurse in the emergency side. This came up because our dog was in bad pain all evening. We had to get out at midnight to get pain medication. If I had known I would have gotten it at the time of the vaccine. Every thing else was good

My first visit and it was amazing! Bloodwork was performed on my cat and when the results came in I was called by the Dr. with a detailed diagnosis and given the opportunity to ask all of my questions. I will continue to bring my pets to this establishment!

The doctor was thorough, professional and answered my questions. She was gentle with my dogs and truly showed that she cares about them. The technician, however, was not as gentle and caring.
