The doctor was thorough, professional and answered my questions. She was gentle with my dogs and truly showed that she cares about them. The technician, however, was not as gentle and caring.

The staff at stop 11 is always incredibly nice and clearly cares about the animals in their clinic. Even though I am always nervous to bring my cats, I know they will always be in the best hands.

Best visit I’ve ever had at Noah’s! I was so impressed with the doctor!! She was so thorough and did a very complete exam on my dogs. I felt so reassured after the visit knowing that the dogs were so well checked out. The tech was very friendly and took the time to go over options for medications available for canine arthritis. I travel a ways to get to your office, but it is so worth it for the health of my dogs. Thank you!

My wife called to make an appointment for my dogs & we show up but you said wrong date. So you offered me to drop off my dogs & we did. You didn’t call my number which I gave you. You called the wrong numbers which made us wait almost all day then I called. You said you called me with different phone number which I never heard from you. Then you emailed me finally & didn’t reply back to me quickly enough. I haven’t heard from you until I decided to show up half hour before closing time. When you brought my dogs back to me finally for almost 10 hours. They were very hungry & thirsty which is obviously you didn’t give my dogs any water. We had a bad communication problems. The very next day you emailed me the messages about my dogs & their issues. Why didn’t you give me the information while I was there? Why wait until next day? Y’all need to improve a better understanding & communication with me & other deaf customers.

It would be nice when booking appointments if we were told the necessary procedure requires fasting (or other specifics).

Both Dr. s we saw and the Assistant (her name escapes me) were kind and very thorough. The ladies are the front desk were friendly and thoughtful. Thank you all for your help with (Pepper)Jack and I.

The veterinarian & technician took plenty of time to listen to me describe my pet’s problems and plenty of time explaining what they thought was the problem & how to treat it both dietary, physical & medication options. They warned me that an injection was going to burn for a few seconds & to not be distressed when my pet’s problems yelped. It resolved quickly. The treatment worked.

Dr. quickly and the staff at Noah’s Stop 11 are fantastic. Their kind and patience and understanding. Dr. Quigley is very thorough, insightful, personable, and compassionate. We highly recommend them.
