The care is great. Very happy with the tech and Dr. The rooms however could be cleaner looking. The floors don t appear to have been washed in the exam rooms.

The chair in the exam room was dirty enough that I would not sit in it (lots of hair and large smudge that looked poop. The floor was unclean. I was really hesitant to let my cats walk around.

I like the fact that Noah s is keeping critical costs down for pet owners. I know people are struggling with cost of living and we don t want to see pet owners just not taking in their pets at all.
