I am VERY APPRECIATIVE of the time, consideration, professionalism and thoughtfulness of the Noah’s team. My tears and love for my pup Dash were definitely received with kindness and compassion. I will definitely continue Dash’s veterinary wellness needs with Noah’s Caring Hands. My Lobo has been a patient at Noah’s since he was a 8 week old puppy. He is now almost 14 years old! We love Noah’s and always feel confident in the veterinary care he receives from Dr Roach and all the professional staff at Noah’s.

Getting the appointment was surprisingly easy. Appointment was at 9am. Walked in and there was one pet in a room. Didn’t see anyone else. My wife was in the car waiting, wasn’t a big deal. This should have been a 15 minute or so appointment. We got in a room and around 9:30 they came in to tell me it was going to be another 5-10 minutes. Sometimes it just seems that things move slow. Normally if there’s an emergency we are notified and I completely get that. This time it just seemed it wasn’t clicking.

We waited almost an hour to be seen after we were in the exam room. After 25 minutes I stepped out to make sure we weren t forgotten and was informed of an emergency appointment. I completely understand this, but it would of been nice if the staff told us before I asked. When the doctor stepped in she didn t acknowledge how long we d been waiting.
