The doctor and the girl that took us back and weighed the dogs were very professional. They love dogs and it shows. I feel very at ease when the dogs, (our babies) stay there, when we go on vacation.

I am very happy with the care my pup receives from the vets and techs at Precious Paws. I am especially happy to see that Robin now is at the front desk. I knew her from another veterinary office. I must say she brings efficiency and adds a very personable, warm presence to your office! I also like the senior rewards program. It supports our efforts to care for our our four legged doggie love!

I was over charged on my cc. When I called about it, the lady said I can come in to get it credited back to my account.. Of course I didnt want to go all the way back to the vets, so she said I will send u a credit. She is new and started working there in January, and she apologized for her error in charging me for the 2 free front line after I bought 6 of them. She was very polite. I received a email that says i Have a credit to my account for my next visit. Or if I want it credited to my cc then call with the information. Hmmm why couldnt they have done that to begin with?
