The staff from reception,(Melanie) to the vet tech to Dr. Echols was excellent. Very supportive and helpful in a difficult situation. I can not express how much I appreciate them. My husband and I wish we could be seen by them too instead of going to our current health care provider:)

Absolutely satisfied with this clinic Dr Megan is absolutely amazing and so thankful I was referred here for my new vet!! Will be continuing coming here with Duke and will be bringing my other dog delta in for her full workup in the future :-)

I have visited and worked with different vet clinics over the years and this clinic has been wonderful. The staff is always considerate and attentive to the clients and their pets. An example one day was a cat that was in the waiting area and the receptionist came over and gave them a towel to cover the cage to make the cat more comfortable with my three dogs looking at her. Another example of the attention to details was when a client came in that was putting their beloved dog down and once again the receptionist was so kind and got them into a room right away so they would not have to stay in the waiting room. As a pet owner, I really appreciate the extra special consideration and attention to the details that make your clinic a great place for my pets. Dr. Megan and the techs that I have worked with are willing to listen and try to figure out a solution to the issues we were having. She was also instrumental in getting us into Cornell in a more timely manner compared to what I was able to do. I am really glad that I saw your ad on TV for the cold laser treatment which was the main reason why I first came to your clinic. Keep up the great work!

Dr Echols was amazing with Carrie-Kitty. During the whole visit no matter what was being looked at or touched Carrie-Kitty was purring the whole time. I always tell everyone to choose this vet office because the whole staff is amazing and its so warm and friendly there. Thank you for being good with all my animals!!
