Rick and I were very happy to have Dr. Hayden see Libby as we ve seen her before when the clinic was on 6th Ave. She was very good then and just as good now. She is a very professional and knowledgeable vet. Libby seemed very calm with her. I would appreciate being able to have Dr. Hayden be the vet. that sees Libby for her check-ups in the future. The front desk girls are just amazing, the vet Tec Sam was so pleasant and talkative and patient with my dogs. And Dr. Petruka went above and beyond as always! Her passion for animals speaks volumes in her work, she s truley amazing at her job

My dog needed surgery and it wasn t life threatening but they still got him and did the surgery ithe very next morning because he was in so much discomfort. I thank you so much - it was a huge relief!!

this is the best clinic I have been to. they are friendly, answer all your questions, always call and check to see how your pets are doing, they take the time to explain things to you, ask you how you are doing. my pets love the clinic, they are excited to see everyone and this is comforting to know they are cared and loved for not only at home but at the clinic as well. thank you for all you have done, and continue to do for me and my pets. we love you :)

Let s be honest. We dropped in , it s summer time and staff are on holidays. It s a busy clinic , and everyone does what they can for you in their roles We have to decide as consumers... are you willing to wait for your turn, and get the undivided attention that we enjoy. OR simply bitch about waiting. Our preference is to wait. And learn how to try schedule appointments better outside of emergent concerns. The staff are completely wonderful, caring and provide a gentle warm environment for all patients and owners. Thankyou ( circumstances : walk in , ran out of pills , flare up of allergies , and I just needed to get my store open in stoon as I was to open up that day. That was my only issue with waiting a bit longer than normal)
