I did love this clinic and have been going for years but after spending 5000$ on my cat there his heath started declining once again, I took him in the vet didn’t even see me but charged me 500$ for tests she said to the assistant that she had an emergency and sent me home. At 2 am his health got extremely worse I was up all night with him. I couldn’t take him to the emergency as I spent 500$ at this vet for blood work they had but said they can’t until tomorrow. I called immediately when they opened and they once again said they were busy. I was crying saying my cat is dying the lady on the phone said oh what’s wrong i explained and she said she’ll call me when she can. There was no urgency to see him. I understand there probably would have been the same outcome but I would’ve choose to euthanize him but instead he suffered all night and passed away without me there. Like I said I did used to love it the staff and dr triff were amazing but unfortunately the last appointment was disappointing and I will not be returning.

I loved both of my experiences so much here! They really have such a wonderful attitude towards their customers and the patients! ?? The only thing I would have liked, was to be able to go into the room with my puppy while he got his needles and held his paw so he wasn t so scared. But overall completely satisfied ? Thank you so much for caring for our companions!

Amazing Appointment as always!

I have brought our pets to the Rosthern Vet since we moved to Rosthern in 2017. The staff are very courteous and informative. We brought our dog there and even though she had a couple of operations by them, she loved going to the Vet. She went right in and stood on the scale. They greeted her which made her at ease. I recommend the Rosthern vet to all pet owners.

Although we had too wait a bit for out appointment, I understand that sometimes there are delays and I wasn t upset. I was very impressed with the tech as well as Dr. Petruka. I felt things were well explained and did not feel rushed at all. All in all a very good experience

Such an amazing veterinary practice, we had come across a stray kitten on the rd , in great distress . The surgery attended the care of the kitten straight away. Kitten is now in foster care , awaiting to be adopted. Thank you so much to all of you

The vet was running late not her fault but Prue was getting quite anxious and it was her physical checkup so didn t get everything done the place is quite busy at times and that s understandable so we made another appointment at the end of May and Prue was having a fit so next time we will have to use medication but all in al thestaff is exceptional

I very much appreciated the follow up phone call from Dr Hayden. It was not an urgent matter but she called after 8 pm to talk about blood test results from earlier in the day.
