We couldn t be happier with our experience at Warman Veterinary. All the staff were welcoming, caring, helpful. There was almost no wait time at all. We were given all the necessary information well in advance, and could make informed decisions. They were wonderful with our dog, who obviously hadn t suffered at all during her 30 hr stay, as she was happy and outgoing with the staff. During her stay, we were sent photos by text when she came out of anaethesia, and calls from the vet. They also did a follow up call after the first night she spent at home. We had every confidence in the expertise of our surgeon, and the operation went very well. I was impressed with the very complete booklet the clinic had made up with all the facts of her blood tests, xrays after surgery, very detailed post-surgery procedures. The surgeon took great pains to go through all of this with us page by page to make sure we understood everything. I don t think I have ever felt as supported and informed by a veterinary clinic before. I am very impressed and extremely grateful. I would give 10 stars instead of 5 if I could. Thank you so much to Dr. Petruka and the staff at Warman Veterinary Clinic.

We love Warman vet clinic and we won’t go anywhere else even though we’ve moved from Warman. Everyone genuinely cares our pets and it shows. One vet came to our home to put our cat down and he was so kind and empathetic. He made the experience a lot easier and we would like to thank him very much. We also appreciate not being pushed to purchase anything we might not want, but do like being offered things that would be helpful. We trust the recommendations more due to not being pushed. We also recommend this location due to our great experiences. Thank you for taking care of our pets over the years!

We find the staff (all staff) to be friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The vet we use, Dr. Petruka, is humane, compassionate, knowledgable, pragmatic and funny when dealing with both the two legged and four legged visitors to her examining room!

I understand oral health is important but but my dog is a pup with good teeth. It is almost excessive the discussion on teeth every time I am there. She just had an operation and we are talking about a miniscule bit or tarter in one area.

We had a cat that could not go into clinic. Dr petruka was at our house within half an hour and saved life of our cat. She is kind and professional, wonderful. My experience with the staff is always great. I love this clinic .

I had to wait a while but I was totally okay with it, the staff asked if I wanted coffee or tea during my wait. I understand how things can run behind and that’s okay! Once the Dr came in she was amazing!

The staff at NorSask vet clinic always go above and beyond to give the best care to my bulldogs! From the lovely ladies at the front desk, the vet techs who handle the appointments and to all the incredible vets, who have always been there for us! This clinic is hands down the best there is! As well, they make me comfortable and worry free while I wait! They are always friendly and show my dogs so much love! Thank you, to the entire team for all that you do! You are all amazing!

-Original appt: would have liked to have been present for examination and given the option. -No return phone call from Dr. when message was left to follow up with me regarding questions. -Did not receive estimate as requested. Also there were some charges that were incorrect on bill. I asked for them to be rectified prior to pick up. At pick up I asked to go over bill, I was just given a total. I asked if incorrect charges were removed, and they still were not. Would appreciate better billing practices, especially for bigger procedures. If I had not inquired, I would have been billed for charges I had already paid for. -No follow up call to check on pet for 3 days after procedure was done? -Original appt was moved up by 1 week, which I very much appreciated, thank you - intake on day of procedure was thorough and quick, thank you - I do feel my pet was well taken care of and felt rest assured he was in good hands, thank you again.
