Everyone was great, I am always nervous bringing diamond(dog) and Boots (cat) they are very friendly and excited meeting new animals and people but also shy and scared, it was like there previous owners abused them and just left them like they were nothing. That shouldn’t be the case, Diamond gets nervous that I will just leave her and never come so it was awesome that I was able to go in with her. Boots well this was his vet visit and it went a lot better then I thought it was going to go. Very friendly staff and they booked the appointment times awesome so I could take them both home at the same time. Thanks again.

Our Juniper is far from a laid back dog. She is very vocal, intense and does not exude a come and meet me vibe. Her nature is off putting to most. The doctors and staff have always made us and our dog feel most welcome. Their patience and understanding of our dogs nature speaks volumes to the fact that they truly care about the people they serve and the animals they care for. Thank you

So pleased with NorSask in both Rosthern and Warman. Love the very detailed medical reports and knowledge of the the vets, techs and office staff. You are definitely treated like a valued customer here. The only suggestion or comment I would like to make is sometimes when receiving the Medical Report and blood work the attachment is not always included on the first email. I always eventually get the information but it may just be a computer glitch not receiving the attachments.
