As always, you all go above and beyond for our fur babies. As long as we had to wait for an appointment, (i totally get that its a busy time for everyone) i wouldn t trust my dogs with anyone else. You guys phoned and checked up on our girls after their procedure to insure they were doing ok. Thank you for all you do!

After several vets over the years the search for our animals forever Veterinary clinic is over. Great staff all around. Couldn’t be any happier

I was very happy with the care my dogs received. Staff was very friendly and everything was explained very well before my pets surgery. From our initial consultation, to the procedure, to picking my dog up…I was well informed , spoke to the clinic a few times throughout the day. Had a follow up call the next day. I felt generally like a client and my dog as a patient. I’ve been to some clinics over the years and treated like a mere number and just pay. It makes a huge difference when you aren’t treated as a number and you feel welcomed…we will definitely be back.

Thank you for the many appointments over the last week from the excitement of our two new kittens getting spaded to the reality of our older cat on her last days. We felt listened to and served. Thank you

I am so fortunate to have Stephanie available when I have any concerns regarding my pets. Her professionalism and warmth shines through when interacting with our cat or myself/my son. The only concern I d like to suggest is to please make it clear when products are returned. When I purchased the Hydracare (gravy looking water drink) for our cat, I was informed that if he didn t like it that the full box can be returned for a full refund, that also included the new food that we bought on the same day. When returning it last Saturday, I was informed by the one gal that we were charged (one pouch) and I explained what I was told to be informed, I don t know who would have told you that . Unfortunately, I didn t have the invoice on hand (if there was a name) though I don t appreciate the response. It s the principle of the matter, considering the product can only be purchased as a whole and not individual packages, and how the situation was handled. On a side note, the other front staff, I am not certain if she is in training (likely in late 40s early 50s), and if not, didn t seem to know much about products and/or would stare blankly at me when asked about consultations for diabetes (when I had informed her that I spoke with Stephanie 10-15 mins prior), had to call Stephanie (picking up the phone without noting to me why) to discern if there was a cost to the diabetes consultation and/or how long the procedure would be. Stephanie wasn t available. Frankly, I found this exchange quite awkward. Should the front staff know the basic information on length and if there is a cost? - I work in mental health and don t have a lot of time on hand to call in, which is what I will be doing, to obtain this information to my questions. We ve always appreciated Warman Vet immensely over the many years with out cats and find the ladies very helpful. Though I do understand the clinic can get very busy, it was an experience with front staff I ve never had before and wanted to offer some feedback/suggestions. Thank you for your consideration in advance.
