I had to transfer Mulan s record to a new vet because of the location. I ve moved to downtown Portland so it has been difficult to get her to Hillsboro and she s getting older and sicker.

I paid for one year of Sentinal but was only given 6 months worth. I pointed it out before I left and they corrected it. I was also suppose to receive my dogs rabies certificate but I did not. I had to call later and request they send it to me, which they did.

I had to wait quite a bit of time for my appt to start and during my appt.

The new computerized reminder and email systems seems to have a hard time when not used on a desktop. Both this tablet and my android phone have issues. This survey overflows the screen and did not let me rate the topics, all 5 stars anyway. The phone did not show the area to confirm the appt. ; it was a filler pic. Thought you might want to know.

It will be really nice once you re done with construction. I always look forward to your complementary drink and snacks that weren t available this past visit

We are SO thankful you guys offer medical boarding as a service. Our lives would be exponentially more challenging if we did not have this option available to us. The price is also extremely reasonable in our opinion. We have had consistently good experiences over the years and recommend you to others all the time.

We Like Dr Young as our vet. She explains so that we understand. I feel she is very compassionate & Caring about our 2 dogs Buddy & Buster. We are very happy with her and the staffing group at Frontier. Thank you for all you do.

Usually I have found the environment to be very comfortable. This time I visited in the midst of the major remodel, so I understand the issues were temporary.

We love Frontier and everyone on staff, they are the best!

We have been with Frontier for over 10 years now and cannot imagine taking our pets any where else. The Staff is the Greatest so Caring and Loving. My dog Cooper actually loves coming in to the office I ve never had a dog that enjoys coming to see the Vet. We will continue coming here and continue to recommend Frontier to friends and family.

The only reason it wasn t all 5 s was due to the remodeling. The front staff was a bit distracted and not as friendly as usual.

Price for a nail trim is a little high but I will pay it as our cat needs it done.

I ve been with Frontier since it opened and knew Dr. Loeppe before he left Soderholm Veterinary Clinic. I am a forever fan and loyal customer. The staff and doctors could not be more helpful, comforting, encouraging and supportive. I completely trust the care of my pets to them all.

We are very pleased with the services at Frontier V Hospital. We have dogs and have been coming to Frontier over ten years. Our daughter brings her dogs here and our granddaughter brings her cats here. I recommend Frontier to everyone that needs Veterinary services.

I m not sure how this mechanics of this survey works. I want to recommend a maximum 5 star rating for each category except one. The current under construction look is a necessary transformation.

We bring our dogs in to see Dr. Beedle and she is the best. She takes the time to explain everything and always gives us the best options to care for our dogs especially when our dogs are ill. The other staff is always there to help whether on the phone or in person they are always at their best. It s nice to build a relationship with our local vet in town. We are lucky for it. Thank you.

Be more transparent with pricing: a la carte pricing vs package pricing is not clear.
