I so appreciate how careful and cautious all of the staff is in the current pandemic circumstances. I love that unnecessary risks from being face to face are not taken, but that there is still ample time to talk with the vet on the phone after the exam.

Dr. Andrews always makes us feel like our dogs are the greatest dogs in the whole world. We appreciate her kindness. My only other comment is the accuracy of your scale. We brought Lucy in November and she weighed 131 and then last week was back down to 119. It seems there is so much variance from visit to visit. I wonder if she really lost or gained that much weight. I understand dogs must be hard to weigh, but we sometime wonder if it is calibrated or how much we should be considering the number. We LOVE it there, this is only feedback not something that we find to be a negative. You guys are the best!!
