Need to cut down some of the blocking shrubs that block the view of your signs and entrance to your office complex - coming from Newport News

Dr. Ward was so caring and nice. She was able to explain things about our dog in a very easy manner. She spent time with us and answered all of our questions. She was just wonderful!

Everything is top-notch. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they project genuine caring for my pet and his well-being. As the owner of a senior dog, we have been in need of many services on a regular basis as well as a few emergencies , and have always been accommodated. The array of services, diagnostics and medications available on site is very convenient. Thank you for the extraordinary care and experience-keep up the great work!

I love Dr. Wichman....he had to chastise us for letting our dog get chubby but he provided the green beans option and so far Indy is loving the change!!!!!

Always a great experience for me and our furbaby! Everyone on staff from the front desk, techs to the vets; have a welcoming attitude and are always very knowledgeable and attentive. My girl thinks she’s on a social visit more so than a medical visit, and looks forward to all of the love and rubs.

Every visit is top notch and I have total confidence in Dr. Ward (main provider) and every other team member I’ve encountered.

We have the utmost confidence in the Vets and staff.

I brought 3 animals but wad charged full price for office visits for all of them. I understand the drs time but almost 90 per pet when we were there for less than an hr is difficult to justify bringing my pet for yearly visits. Additionally spending 30 on a container to collect poop is very high. I could just bring the sample in a bag for pennies.

A+ as always!!!! Wouldn t trust anyone more than Bennetts Creek Vet! :-)

Going forward I have requested not to have Dr. Richie examine my pets. I felt on trial by this doctor and he didn t even address my concerns with my pets trachea. I felt his 3 minute examine was not thorough. I ve been going to this clinic for years. About 20 years now and I ve never felt this upset and angry leaving the clinic before. I am scheduled with Dr. Johnson for my next visit with my second pet and Dr. Ward with my third pet. I do feel my recent visit with my pet was neglected with my concerns of his trachea flaring up as he has visited the COVE over the last 6 months with bouts of choking. The assistant that checked me and my pet in was amazing and more attentive and thorough then Dr. Richie.

my dog lucky received a rabies vaccine shot when it was not due - still had a year on his previous vaccine & his records were in his chart. everyone admitted the mistake. lucky also received a positive test on 3 tick/flea born diseases that was very questionable to I don t feel confident with the results prompting a blood test which was negative for the 3 diseases. very strange visit.

We have been seeing Dr. Johnson for over 20 years and the care has always been outstanding and compassionate.
