All I have to say is that this is the best vet ever!!!

Survey popped up pre populated with 5 stars and this text box font size is way too small for a phone. Just comments on the survey itself. The clinic is amazing. I’ve loved it since I first discovered it. I was hesitant to leave my existing vet but Suki was my fist dog friend and I really used her during Covid. The only office I knew unit would never see me, physically. I stayed in the truck someone came out to pick her up and then the doc called me. I hated that. When u had concerns over her ear they would not do anything so I found Bennets creek and got Dr. Wichman. He really cared about Suki and offered his best advice and options for everything. I’m not medically inclined so I appreciated the openness and honesty. That and we just switched her entire diet and I bought the kibble and treats from the office and I do not feel over charged at all! That was surprising, sorry lol but I would have expected to pay a lot more so I started to see where else I could get the food. Well, I’m going ba k to the clinic to get more. The office is helpful, fair and trustworthy. Well done!

My pet chooses fight when it comes to fight or fight, and Dr. Wichman and the whole staff are fabulous with her. She is a very difficult patient and they handled it as best as could possibly be handled.

We love every vet and vet tech we have seen here. Bella loves everyone and is always so excited to visit. I will say the vets are attentive, listen, dont fat shame (Bella is a big girl), and are very personable too.

Dr Johnson and all of the staff there are so caring, and it really helps put my nervous chihuahua (and myself :) at ease. They are always thorough, and I am so grateful for them and the awesome care they provide.

I love this place. I never feel rushed and the doctor takes plenty of time to answer all my questions. They truly love our pets as much as we do and it shows.

I love Bennetts Creek Vet. Wonderful staff - Dr Johnson has such a gentle way with our cats. One of our little cats (Buddy) gets very scared when he has to be put in the carrier and go out. Dr Johnson had Buddy calmed down by the time the visit was finished. Thank all of you for your kindness and caring.

Great vets and friendly staff

I love this office but unfortunately being a senior on a very tight income I find myself looking for a great vet within my budget. But if money is not a concern I highly recommend them.

I know Bear is in good hands when we come in for out appointments. The staff is always so polite and courteous and friendly. The doctors and techs are very good with Bear and understanding he is a bit difficult. Thank you all so much.

Need to cut down some of the blocking shrubs that block the view of your signs and entrance to your office complex - coming from Newport News

Dr. Ward was so caring and nice. She was able to explain things about our dog in a very easy manner. She spent time with us and answered all of our questions. She was just wonderful!

Everything is top-notch. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they project genuine caring for my pet and his well-being. As the owner of a senior dog, we have been in need of many services on a regular basis as well as a few emergencies , and have always been accommodated. The array of services, diagnostics and medications available on site is very convenient. Thank you for the extraordinary care and experience-keep up the great work!

I love Dr. Wichman....he had to chastise us for letting our dog get chubby but he provided the green beans option and so far Indy is loving the change!!!!!
