There was no explanation of the bill at all. I do have to say that I almost fell over when I was told the amount. It is so EXPENSIVE. $100 for ear drops is crazy. I understand things have gone up but this is probably why there are so many stray animals as people can not afford to fix them. And yes I understand that if you can’t afford pets, you shouldn’t have any but, so many in need of love.

Thank you for allowing Sally to experience all that she did in her appointment. Dolly has shown improvements in her body condition since having her teeth floated, so I m happy with that as well.

All of the staff, from front desk to techs to vets, are all amazing. Every visit whether emergency or booked, routine checkup is a positive experience. My horses, dog, cats are all cared for there. I have NEVER felt rushed, pressured or judged with my questions. They are all caring and compassionate and straight forward. I have never felt over charged or that the bill was over priced. I am thankful for all of them.

We had to reschedule due to Jane not having her meds in the window of time required for her regular test. I m leaving the 5 stars up though because all of the staff I ever encounter are super amazing! Special shout out to Monica for figuring out and rectifying the oops. No big deal...we all make mistakes and even I should have known the timeliness for Jane s tests vs her meds. Thanks for always being so fantastic crew!
